Return and Exchange Policy

Due to Regulated Hygiene Laws, all hair extensions are final sale. At EmmyLuxe, we
want you to be 100 percent in love with your purchase so we do offer exchanges
within the first 5 days of delivery. Hair must be returned in the state that it was
received in and cannot show any signs of wear or manipulation such as cut wefts,
washed bundles, brushed hair, processed hair, etc. Hair also cannot be removed
from original packaging and all tags must be attached. All shipping and handling
cost for exchanges are the sole responsibility of the customer and must be sent with tracking and signature required. Please note that all exchanges are up to the
discretion of Emmy Luxe LLC and we reserve the right to refuse any exchanges. Please contact info@emmyluxe.com for any questions regarding existing orders.

information. We will not disclose any information obtained on this site to any party
